Suzy Kolber was born Suzanne Lisa Kolber on May 14th, 1964, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to a Jewish family. The age she is now at is at 58. Sandra Kolber's mother has her name as Gene Kolber. She was a student at Sandy Run Middle School, Dresher Pennsylvania. In 1982 she graduated from Upper Dublin High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications in 1986 from University of Miami. The job she got was as an executive director of sports at Dynamic Cable in Coral Gables Florida while she was a college undergraduate student. Additionally, she worked for Dynamic Cable for two years from 1984 till 1986. Additionally, she was a part of the University of Miami water skiing team at the time. Plaza played in Wilmington's community theater, acting as director as well as performing one-act plays. After graduating from her high school in the year 2000, she made the move in New York City. There she took classes in improv as well as film making at Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. When she graduated from high school, she relocated into New York City. There, she attended classes in improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. In addition, she learned about film and television production at the Tisch School for the Arts. The school graduated her in the year 2006.
