Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she trains athletes. Annie is the first female who has won CrossFit Games in two consecutive seasons. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media celebrity. She has won the CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 two times as the first woman to win. In 2013 and 2017 she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and raised in Iceland, Reykjavik along with her parents and siblings. From a very young age, Annie was an avid sports fan and loved exercising. She won many medals in school competitions. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. The performance she showed was impressive in her initial games. Annie Thorisdottir has 31 years of age (as as of 2021). She is 5'7" tall and weighs about 67 kg. Annie began CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. Annie did very well in her first competitions and finished in the top 10. She did not manage to achieve any success in the tournament, and ended the tournament with a score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. under the direction of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed second in CrossFit Games and was awarded an award of Silver that year. Due to her outstanding performance, she managed to claim her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 brought her to another CrossFit Games victory. This was her second consecutive time she had won consecutively. In 2014, she won a gold medal. And in 2021, she took home a bronze. Annie is presently a coach and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie's growing popularity as an athlete has led her to become the face of many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her own Youtube Channel where training videos as well as travel and family videos are posted.
