Hayley is an American actress and singer. Most people recognise the character as Erica Goldberg in the comedy television show 'The Goldbergs'. She is, however, a music lover. Music has always been her first love. Her first training began in the field of music professionally when she was 12 years old. In 2013, she took the plunge into songwriting and made her debut album. From then on she's not been back. Orrantia has been born in the USA however she has Hispanic roots. While she grew up with exclusively English and has never lived in Mexico she is very proud of her Hispanic heritage. Her aim is to preserve it by creating Spanish songs, and also taking classes in the language. A song she has created is called 'Hasta Verte,' which she composed in Spanish. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the premiere season of The X Factor. Orrantia's YouTube video was picked and she received four "yeses" which is a vote for the judges during The Seattle audition. Though she initially auditioned on her own at "Hollywood Week", she and three female performers were placed into a group for the rest in the selection process. They were eliminated at the end of the fifth show.
